The PAWS of Franklin County Texas Animal Shelter is Open!

Though we need to complete a few more necessary updates to the shelter building, we are now open on a limited basis.  The remaining updates are needed to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our furry friends, and should be completed soon. 

Thanks to everyone who contributed funds, time and effort to make this a reality. Of course, there is a continuing need for further support!
